Alicia Florence is a prominent undine serving with Aria Company in Neo-Venezia, a city on the terraformed planet Aqua (formerly Mars). At the series' start, she is 19 years old and holds the rank of Prima, having achieved this distinction at age 15 as the youngest ever promoted. Her exceptional rowing style and graceful technique earned her recognition among Neo-Venezia's "Three Water Fairies," specifically bearing the title "Snow White."

She mentors apprentice undine Akari Mizunashi, employing a teaching philosophy that prioritizes encouragement over reprimand. Alicia believes guiding students toward correct methods is the teacher's responsibility rather than focusing on errors. Her demeanor remains consistently relaxed and kind, frequently using the phrase "ara ara" and displaying a gentle teasing manner, particularly toward childhood friend Akira E. Ferrari.

Following Akari's promotion to Prima in *Aria the Origination*, Alicia retires from active undine work, fulfilling a prior commitment to the Gondola Association to accept a managerial role after training a successor capable of inheriting Aria Company. She transitions into leadership as the Gondola Association's Managing Director.

In later stories like *Aria the Avvenire*, Alicia's appearance reflects her career shift: she wears professional attire comprising a white button-up shirt, a long blue skirt with a slit, transparent tights, and black heels. Her hair is shorter, with front strands cut to ear-length and the back pulled into a single-shoulder ponytail, accessorized by blue spherical earrings. She also wears glasses more frequently.

Her retirement coincides with marriage to an unnamed individual, noted during *Aria the Origination* and referenced in subsequent media.
