Description
Gentoku Ryuubi leads Seito Academy as Liu Bei's successor, classified as an E-rank fighter with notably poor combat skills, including deficiencies in fighting and swimming. She possesses long brown hair tied in dual ponytails, green eyes, and measurements of 96-61-92, typically adorned in the Seito uniform. Her personality reflects kindness and protectiveness, often shielding friends with her own body despite limited fighting ability, showcasing a gentle, non-confrontational nature. However, transformation by her dragon Rairyuu—the Lightning Dragon and one of the Three Great Rulers—shifts her demeanor to merciless sadism, attacking indiscriminately with a smile while radiating destructive entropic energy.

Ryuubi's initial dragon awakening occurred three years prior in the manga, nearly causing self-disembowelment until allies intervened. The anime adaptation places this first transformation later, triggered during an assault on Seito Academy when Shimei Ryomou activated the Dragon Jade, leading to Ryuubi's imprisonment after uncontrollable attacks on peers. During *Dragon Destiny*, her resolve to rescue Kanu Unchou drives her to harness the dragon's power, forging an alliance with Nanyo Academy. In the final battle, she confronts Sousou Motoku and combines her thunder element with Hakufu Sonsaku's water to defeat him.

*Great Guardians* delves into Ryuubi's relationships, particularly with Kanu, who harbors unreciprocated romantic feelings. After Ryofu Housen—possessed by Genpou Saji—manipulates Ryuubi into distancing from Kanu, Saji possesses Ryuubi. Kanu sacrifices herself to free Ryuubi, enduring a near-fatal injury that restores Ryuubi's consciousness and deepens their bond. By *Xtreme Xecutor*, Ryuubi actively pursues greater leadership responsibility, demonstrated by rescuing Bachou Mouki, though she continues struggling against her dragon's influence. This occasionally plunges her into semi-comatose states as the dragon damages her body, necessitating intervention from allies like Kanu. Ryuubi has no direct appearances or developments in *Extravaganza Epoch*, which centers on Kyosho Academy conflicts involving other characters.
