Using Nagisa's body, Root manifested as the Fourth Primogenitor, hunting and consuming other Kaleid Bloods. Lacking inherent memories, Root fed on human memories as sources of magical energy, triggering a mass vampire-turning incident. Avrora Florestina and Kojou ultimately destroyed Root. Before Root perished, Nagisa transferred Avrora’s consciousness into her own body, resulting in the loss of her spiritual medium abilities and all memories tied to Avrora. Her mother, Mimori Akatsuki, became her personal physician. Publicly, the incident was attributed to a fabricated train accident caused by demons in Rome.
