He wears a plain light-blue school uniform featuring a chest pocket, a collar symbol, and black shoes. For formal occasions, he switches to a blue kimono with a black and light-blue waist pattern, complemented by a regal black and red cloak edged in yellow.
As student council president at Goha 7th Elementary, Gakuto maintains a perfect attendance record, arriving daily at precisely 6:66:66 am. His disciplined routine includes jogging and calligraphy practice. Deeply committed to enforcing rules, he reacts with irritation or agitation when others, particularly Yuga Ohdo, break them. This commitment clashes with his enjoyment of Rush Duels and camaraderie with Yuga and Luke, leading him into rule-breaking activities that cause him significant distress and prompt frantic pleas to Goha Corporation for forgiveness to protect his record.
He struggles to balance presidential duties with personal enjoyment and finds it difficult to decline student requests, often overcommitting to tasks like teaching math or filling sports team vacancies.
