Neko, whose full birthname is Nefertity Cheshirenoir Petronus Pluto and the Fiddle Kuniyoshi Ryuuzou Sharpero Ulthar Que Jenny Hiroko Ouis Convença, serves as a mascot character. She is a navy-blue cat with large black eyes, thick black eyelashes, and lavender eyeshadow. Two small lavender dots mark her cheeks, and she possesses tiny yellow angelic wings, white paws, and a white tail tip. The inside of her ears is light purple. She wears a large yellow ribbon behind her head and a lavender dress featuring a white collar and two gold bands across the torso.

Flirtatious and manipulative, she shares a strong rapport with Aroma and is eager to assist both Aroma and Mikan in any capacity. She also has a talent for acting. Neko operates a small bar in a shadowy PriPara alley, where she offers fortune-telling services. She often ends her sentences with "~nekon." As a charming mascot manager, she readily tells people what they wish to hear or delivers unfavorable fortunes if it benefits her team.

She manages the idol unit Gaarmageddon. Initially reluctant due to knowing the consequences for Gaaruru if she snapped her PriTicket, she was persuaded by Aroma and Mikan and agreed to help them achieve official unit status. This flirtatious feline’s manipulative nature allows her to seduce Usagi and Kuma on several occasions, comically swaying their morals against their own units.

Both Kuma and Usagi harbor significant crushes on her. Neko is the second female mascot introduced in the series, following Unicorn, and the first mascot to appear in season two.
