His standard uniform includes a suit, white gloves, a light blue-violet vest, and a white pocket handkerchief, reflecting traditional butler aesthetics. Personality-wise, Rei is quiet, aloof, and intensely loyal to Hibiki, never questioning her actions. This unwavering dedication manifests in consistent obedience and immunity to influences like Dorothy's "Max Beam." His primary relationship centers solely on serving Hibiki. To enter PriPara, Rei must wear a goat costume; this disguise later gains wings matching those of managers after Hibiki's debut. One of Fuwari Midorikaze's goats shows particular fondness for him while he is costumed. His loyalty leads to significant consequences, resulting in his firing in Episode 84 for informing Laala Manaka and others about Hibiki's wish to become a vocal doll. Unicorn later appoints him to an Assistant Manager position, granting him a new name. Rei holds the distinction of being the second male character able to enter PriPara, achieved unofficially via his goat disguise. His GoaTicket identifies him as a Natural type, though this may simply reflect the ticket's color. Unused CG models for him appeared in Pri☆Chan Episode 118.
