Lulu possesses brown skin, viridian eyes, and chin-length straight black hair parted on the right, often covering her left eye. She typically wears a simple white frock featuring a flower-patterned yoke and bow, gold bangles on both wrists, and sandals. A high-ranking stone elemental, once accompanying Leuf Vellize, manifests as crystalline solids with eight jagged shards and a smooth band, orbiting her constantly. This elemental consumes her time as a protective measure, resulting in her physical and mental age being younger than her actual age. As a descendant of Leuf Vellize—specifically identified as either her granddaughter or great-granddaughter—Lulu can hear elemental voices, though she initially lacks the ability to understand or control them due to not knowing the spirit language. During the Shinjuku War arc, Lulu accompanies Civil A. Sabaramond and Soara Habaki to Japan. She reacts with visible anxiety to Civil’s actions, such as consuming lightning elementals during a thunderstorm, and questions his decision to openly display the Byandy imperial emblem. She remains passive during violent events, including Hideaki Habaki’s assassination and Soara’s subsequent assault on police personnel under Civil’s orders. While investigating the Torture Building, Lulu blushes when mistaken for a fortune teller and displays concern for Soara’s unease about the unnatural chill in the air. Her ability to hear elementals proves crucial when she receives a warning from the stone elemental about an imminent attack at the Torture Building, prompting her to burst into Polka Shinoyama’s divination room to alert Civil and Soara. During the ensuing confrontation with Taipei, she stands beside Civil as he intervenes in Soara’s fight. Later, under Civil’s orders, she steals the shark doll containing the soul of the real Polka Shinoyama. In the subsequent battle with Misaki Sakimiya, the stone elemental protecting her goes berserk. Leuf Vellize, summoned to the Corpse God’s Sanctuary, calms the rampaging spirit. Following these events, Lulu begins learning the spirit language and methods of elemental control directly from Leuf Vellize, marking a progression in her ability to interact with and command the elemental forces tied to her.
