Miho Okasaki
Description
Miho Okasaki is a Japanese voice actress and singer born on November 22, 1998, in Okayama Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency I'm Enterprise and the record label King Records. After graduating from the Japan Narration Acting Institute, she began her professional career in 2017, initially taking on minor and background roles in various anime series.
Okasaki's career advanced significantly in 2018 when she landed her first leading roles. She voiced Miku Nishio in the idol anime Ongaku Shōjo. That same year, she was cast as the protagonist Rimuru Tempest in the highly popular fantasy isekai series That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime. This role became a defining part of her career, which she has reprised across multiple subsequent seasons, spin-offs like The Slime Diaries, and animated films such as Gekijō-ban Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken: Sōkai no Namida-hen.
Following her breakthrough, Okasaki built an extensive portfolio of anime roles. She has voiced Mary Hunt in the My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! series and its sequel, Maō in The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated!, Loux Krystas in The Dawn of the Witch, Meme Redon in Monster Girl Doctor, Yvette L. Lehrman in Lord El-Melloi II's Case Files: Rail Zeppelin Grace note, Lulu in Dead Mount Death Play, Saki Kodaka in Extreme Hearts, and Rosell Kischa in As a Reincarnated Aristocrat, I'll Use My Appraisal Skill. Her work also extends to film, including the role of Maria in The Magnificent KOTOBUKI.
Her voice acting portfolio is not limited to anime, as she has also contributed her voice to numerous video games. Notable game roles include Hinana Ichikawa in The IDOLM@STER Shiny Colors, Anis in Goddess of Victory: Nikke, and Celia Arvier in Tales of Luminaria the Fateful Crossroad.
In recognition of her rising prominence and performances, Okasaki received the Newcomer Actress Award at the 14th Seiyu Awards in 2020.
Beyond voice acting, Okasaki expanded her artistic endeavors by making her solo singer debut under King Records in 2021. Her music is closely tied to her anime work; for instance, her second single, Petals, served as an ending theme for The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated!. She has also performed theme songs for series in which she stars, such as the ending theme for The New Gate and the opening theme for Extreme Hearts. This pattern continued with her role as Lynne Leinster in the 2025 anime Private Tutor to the Duke's Daughter, for which she also performed the ending theme song.
