Description
Felicia Mitsuki is a 13-year-old seventh grader at Chuo Academy, originally from Minaminagi Ward. She possesses long blonde hair typically styled in two pigtails secured with blue pearl scrunchies and striking lavender eyes. Her magical girl attire features a light lavender color scheme, comprising a hood with golden horns, steampunk goggles, a dark crop top with detached sleeves, fingerless gloves, and a two-layered skirt mixing lavender and dark brown fabrics. Accessories include buckled belts connected by a chain that secures her purple soul gem on her stomach. She wields an oversized mallet decorated with purple stones and wears a large lavender scarf tied with black ribbons.

Her past involves a tragic incident where a prank she played while her mother was cooking resulted in a fatal apartment fire. In her distress, she contracted with Kyubey, wishing "I want you to make it so that what just happened never happened" or "Make it so everything I just saw...never happened...". This wish restored the apartment and altered her own memories and those of her neighbors, creating a false narrative where witches killed her parents. Consequently, she developed an extreme hatred for witches, viewing revenge as her life's purpose. Only Kyubey and fellow magical girl Kako Natsume know the truth about her wish's distortion.

Personality-wise, Felicia exhibits a rough, mischievous, and hard-headed tomboy demeanor, often using wild battle expressions influenced by shounen manga. She operates as a self-described mercenary, hunting witches across Kamihama City with relentless energy. Despite her aggressive exterior and frequent clashes with other magical girls due to her indiscriminate fighting style, she possesses a gentle core. She displays deep affection for animals, particularly cows, linked to childhood memories of a farm visit and a cherished cow plushie. She occasionally shows regret after outbursts.

Her magical abilities stem from her wish's memory-altering nature, granting her power to manipulate or erase others' memories. In combat, she employs hammer-based techniques: "Ultra Great Big Hammer" for single-target damage and defense reduction, "Connect" attacks for combined strikes with allies, and "Rising Smash" to stun opponents while boosting her speed. Her doppel, Beatrice—an eyelid-shaped entity named after Beatrice Cenci—manifests during extreme despair. While active, it induces sleep, shielding her from witnessing its actions as it "paints over inconveniences" with muddy tears. This doppel guarantees binds and further defense down effects, symbolizing her subconscious avoidance of painful truths.

She joins Mikazuki Villa, forming key relationships: viewing Iroha Tamaki as a mother/sister figure, accepting guidance from Yachiyo Nanami, and maintaining a playful dynamic with Ryuji Sakamoto. Her mercenary work continues into later media like *Magia Exedra*, where her gameplay role emphasizes debuffing enemies with defense reduction and stun effects. Her recurring narrative focuses on reconciling her false memories with emerging truths about her past.

Trivia notes include her name etymology—"Felicia" from Latin *fēlīx* (happy) and "Mitsuki" combining "deep" (深) and "moon/month" (月)—alongside her father's implied British heritage. Her doppel's namesake references Beatrice Cenci, who murdered her abusive father with a hammer.
