Elizabeth Rose Freeman is an American voice actress born on November 2, 1992, in Oklahoma City. Her interest in voice acting began during her senior year of high school, building on earlier experience in school plays and doing voice impressions. She initially worked on independent projects before relocating to Los Angeles around 2016 to pursue professional opportunities in animation and voiceover. One of her first roles in Los Angeles was providing the voice of Popoi in the 2018 3D remake of the video game Secret of Mana.

Freeman has become a prominent figure in English dubs of Japanese anime, building an extensive list of credits. Some of her most widely recognized roles include Chisato Nishikigi in Lycoris Recoil, Chizuru Mizuhara in Rent-A-Girlfriend, and Trish Una in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind.
