Description
Seraphim, known as Sera, is a vampire ninja from the Kyūketsu-ninja clan, merging vampire attributes with ninja combat skills. Raised in a village locked in prolonged conflict, this background shaped her initially abrasive nature. She arrives intending to serve Eucliwood Hellscythe, but upon finding Ayumu Aikawa in that role, she reluctantly becomes his servant in name only, rejecting the title and its implied subservience.

Physically, Sera possesses black hair usually in a ponytail, green eyes that shift to red when using her powers, and a notably tall, curvaceous figure. Her standard outfit is a yellow midriff-baring top and dark blue jeans.

Her combat prowess centers on the Tsubamegaeshi Sword Style, enabling her to manifest razor-sharp blades and bat-like wings from leaves. This style includes variations like Tsubamegaeshi Hachiren, capable of slicing through air and solid objects. She also wields superhuman speed, agility, and stealth for rapid repositioning during fights. As a vampire, she requires periodic blood consumption, anesthetizing donors via a kiss before biting their necks. Cultural rules forbid kissing males, as this act symbolizes marriage within her clan.

Sera's personality is outwardly rude, especially toward Ayumu, whom she frequently insults with phrases like "kuso mushi." This hostility stems partly from disdain for his perceived perversion and partly from her war-hardened past. Despite this, she shows loyalty to Eucliwood and concealed concern for Ayumu's safety, volunteering to aid him against threats like Kyoko or the King of the Night and expressing distress when he is severely injured. Over time, her behavior shifts from outright antagonism to a tsundere dynamic, where harshness masks emerging romantic feelings for Ayumu, seen later when she punishes him less severely for accidental indiscretions.

Beyond combat, she plays the violin skillfully, though initially hides this talent. Her cooking attempts consistently produce inedible meals causing physical distress. She adheres strictly to clan traditions, including an inability to lie and a rigid sense of justice.

Sera evolves from a mission-driven outsider to an integrated member of Ayumu’s household, navigating conflicts between her duties, personal values, and growing emotional ties. This includes abandoning her original mission to eliminate Eucliwood upon recognizing her purity, and later defying her superiors to protect her.
