Description
Morris serves as a scientist within the Cambria Project under Professor Parker. He initially projects cold professionalism, masking veiled strategic depth as he secretly operates as a mole for antagonist Frazer, gathering intelligence and sabotaging Parker's time-investigations. However, Morris undergoes significant development, cultivating a genuine appreciation for the work that ultimately shifts his loyalty. By the second season, he fully commits to the team's goals, transitioning from sabotage to active support and eventually assuming Parker's former leadership role over the time-investigations.
Physically characterized as a long-haired pretty boy, Morris consistently wears glasses that contribute to an initial impression of stoicism. During the second season, he typically secures his hair in a braid, giving it the appearance of shorter length. This stoic facade contrasts with a more playful side; Morris exhibits traits of The Gadfly, engaging in teasing behavior towards colleagues—particularly the Elfin girls—though he often faces reciprocal retaliation. His transition to leadership doesn't erase all initial ambiguity; the Scary Shiny Glasses motif persists, visually reinforcing lingering perceptions of potential untrustworthiness or intensity even after his Heel–Face Turn.
