Description
Tsukasa Yuzaki, originally Tsukuyomi Tsukasa, possesses a history spanning over 1,400 years. She gained immortality after accidentally consuming an elixir intended for Princess Kaguya, administered by her father Yakusa to cure a terminal illness against the Emperor's orders. This act led to her family's punishment while she remained eternally youthful, perpetually appearing 16 years old. Across centuries, she observed human events, interacting with figures like Prince Shotoku, who named her "Tsukasa" (meaning "to govern"), and participating in significant historical moments throughout Japan and other regions.

Her personality blends a calm, collected exterior with underlying shyness and emotional vulnerability. Initially level-headed and mysterious, she gradually reveals traits like embarrassment when receiving affectionate praise, jealousy concerning other girls, and profound kindness. She becomes competitive when challenged and expresses deep loneliness from her long existence, though marriage later alleviates this. She loves pop culture, including movies, games, and technology, yet often finds modern devices confusing.

Physically, she has long pink hair, reddish-pink eyes, and stands 154 cm tall. Her typical attire includes elegant clothing: a white long-sleeve shirt, black mini skirt, and pink socks. Her sleepwear consists of a pink shirt and striped pajamas. Historical depictions show her in contexts like floral yukatas.

Her abilities include superhuman strength and agility, enabling her to defeat bears and wolves barehanded, and masterful combat skills with weapons like katanas. Her immortality grants regeneration from fatal injuries (including aerial bombardment), immunity to disease, and high pain tolerance. She is also a highly skilled cook, capable of preparing diverse dishes like sushi. However, she struggles with modern technology, frequently confused by devices like smartphones or remote controls.

Her story begins when she saves Nasa Yuzaki from a truck accident. After his immediate love confession, she agrees to a relationship conditional on marriage. Disappearing for two years, she reappears on Nasa's 18th birthday with marriage documents, and they wed immediately. Their early married life involves adjusting to cohabitation, such as purchasing futons and navigating shared spaces, alongside moments like mutual nicknaming ("Tsukasa-chan"). Later, during the High School Days OVA, Nasa's temporary teaching role at a girls' school triggers her jealousy, though she maintains trust in him. Her secret immortality is gradually revealed through historical knowledge and unusual experiences, culminating in the disclosure of her elixir-induced eternal life.

Her relationship with Nasa forms her core development; she treasures their ordinary life together, showing affection through gestures like cooking and physical closeness. She interacts with others through part-time work at the Arisugawa bathhouse and complex familial ties, notably with her adopted relative Chitose, who initially opposes the marriage. Her historical connections include knowing figures like Oda Nobunaga and Tokugawa Yoshimune, referenced casually as acquaintances.

Distinctive traits include her treasured deer leather barrette, a centuries-old gift from an emperor, and her enthusiasm for retro games and late-night adventures. Her speech occasionally uses archaic language, and she moves frequently during sleep, though she denies this habit.
