Zemi is a Bug Fairilu modeled after the Aburazemi cicada (Graptopsaltria nigrofuscata), a large brown species native to Japan. His name directly references this cicada motif. He originates from Earth in the series' second season before relocating to the world of Little Fairilu in the third season. During "The Magic Mirror" story arc, he serves as Sui's assistant, providing supportive aid within that narrative.
