Description
Blanc, also known as White Heart, is the Console Patron Unit (CPU) who governs the nation of Lowee. She is one of the four main goddesses protecting the world of Gamindustri. In her role, she carries the significant responsibility of watching over her land and its people, a duty she takes very seriously.

Physically, Blanc has a petite figure with short, light brown hair and dark blue eyes. Her most recognizable outfit includes a large, puffy white hat and a matching white dress with brown lining, along with long white and brown gloves. Her appearance is a stark contrast to her goddess form, White Heart. When she transforms, her hair becomes a sky-blue color and grows long side locks, while her eyes turn crimson red. She wears a form-fitting white battle suit with blue accents, which gives her a more aggressive and assertive look.

Blanc's personality is defined by a strong duality. On the surface, she initially appears to be a quiet, introverted, and shy individual. She often speaks in a soft, calm, and seemingly innocent tone, giving the impression of being very reserved. She greatly enjoys solitary hobbies, such as reading books in quiet places and writing fan-fiction, aspiring one day to become a skilled author. However, beneath this calm exterior lies a completely different person. Blanc has a notoriously short fuse and is extremely easy to anger. When provoked, she becomes foul-mouthed, prone to swearing, and will openly insult others to their faces. This rage is most frequently directed at the other CPUs, particularly Neptune, whom she holds a jealous grudge against. Her most infamous trigger is any comment about her small chest, especially when compared to the well-endowed CPU of Leanbox, Vert. This insecurity fuels a deep and intense jealousy that is a constant source of comedy and conflict.

In her goddess form as White Heart, these personality traits are amplified. She becomes far more volatile, aggressive, and assertive than her human counterpart. While Blanc tries to maintain a semblance of calm, White Heart is known for being the most violent and combat-ready of the four goddesses, charging into battle headfirst with little of Blanc's usual planning. Interestingly, despite her explosive anger, Blanc is considered by some, including the oracle Histoire, to be the CPU who cares for her people the most deeply. Her motivations are strongly tied to the protection and prosperity of Lowee and her younger twin sisters, Rom and Ram. She loves her sisters dearly, but her relationship with them is complex. Their mischievous and hyperactive behavior often frustrates her to no end, and she frequently worries about her own adequacy as an older sister and role model for them.

Throughout the series' story, Blanc plays a crucial role as a fellow CPU who must occasionally set aside her rivalries to face larger threats. In one major storyline, she is captured and imprisoned for three years by the villains of the Seven Sages. Upon being rescued by her sisters and the other CPUs, she shows immense pride in Rom and Ram for their bravery. She has also been involved in the long-running Console Wars, a period where the goddesses fought each other for supremacy, though they consistently unite against common enemies like the Deity of Sin, Arfoire. In some narratives, her struggles are more personal, such as when Lowee's shares are threatened, forcing her to confront her friends or find new ways to regain her people's faith, like becoming an idol.

In combat, Blanc is a formidable fighter known for her immense physical strength. She wields a large hammer in her human form, which transforms into a more powerful plasma axe or maul when she becomes White Heart. Her abilities are predominantly ice-based, with signature techniques such as "Tanzerine Trombe," where she spins her weapon to create an ice vortex, and "Zerstorung," a devastating overhead smash. As a goddess, her power is directly tied to Share Energy, which is the collective faith and belief of her nation's citizens; the more Shares she has, the more powerful she becomes. In later, more powerful transformations like her NEXT form, she can summon massive ice spikes and energy beams, demonstrating the peak of her divine abilities.
