Captain is a non-human entity originating from the original Orguss conflict two centuries before Orguss 02. He presents as a human male, masking his true mechanical form with a synthetic face. His robotic physiology grants him centuries of existence.

Arriving in the Orguss 02 timeline alongside Emaan survivor Mimsy Laarz during the dimensional separation caused by the first space-time oscillation bomb, Captain spent 20 years repairing his damaged body. He then dedicated 80 years to constructing a new space-time oscillation bomb and a further century building the legendary mecha Orguss 02.

His sole mission is to eliminate all Armors (Decimators) by activating his new bomb. This requires precise dimensional coordinates attainable only through the unique psychic waves of Nataruma, a descendant of Kei Katsuragi and Mimsy Laarz. Captain tracks Nataruma due to her heritage blending human, Emaan, and alternate-dimensional ancestry, which grants her the necessary abilities.

Captain orchestrates events to bring Nataruma and cadet Lean to the space elevator. He restores Lean's eyesight through medical treatment and reveals his non-human identity to Nataruma by removing his mask when confronted about his 200-year lifespan. His strategy relies on using Nataruma's stabilized psychic waves to calculate the coordinates needed to separate the Armors from reality.

His plans falter when Prince Perion activates the giant Armor Liboh, interfering with Nataruma's psychic waves and forcing Captain to delay the bomb's activation. Driven by a singular focus on correcting the dimensional instability caused by the original bomb, Captain views the Armors as existential threats requiring eradication at all costs.
