Yukitoshi Hori is a Japanese actor, voice actor, and narrator born on September 12, 1952, in Setagaya, Tokyo. He is the elder brother of fellow voice actor Hideyuki Hori and has been active in the industry since 1976, represented by the talent agency Aoni Production. Hori possesses a distinctive deep, husky baritone voice that has made him a frequent choice for authoritative, villainous, or powerful characters. His career spans a wide range of roles in television animation, original video animations, theatrical films, video games, and tokusatsu live-action productions.

Hori is best known for his long-running role as Gin, a high-ranking operative of the Black Organization in the long-running anime series Detective Conan, a role he has played since 1996 and has reprised in numerous theatrical films such as Countdown to Heaven, The Raven Chaser, and The Darkest Nightmare. He has also had prominent roles in several other major franchises. In the Dragon Ball series, he voiced the villainous Dodoria and the silent but powerful Android 19 in Dragon Ball Z and its revised edition, Dragon Ball Kai. In Saint Seiya, he played the role of Tokumaru Tatsumi, the devoted servant of the Kido family.
