Description
Aoi Arisugawa, a close ally of Kento Yuki and granddaughter of the Magical Gate’s creator, Professor Arisugawa, flees the virtual cyber park alongside Kento during its catastrophic virus outbreak, narrowly evading the brainwashing that ensnares other children. While she abstains from piloting Web Knights, she operates as the Magical Station’s tactical coordinator, collaborating with Karon and Kaito Yuki during non-combat intervals. Her expertise lies in managing logistics, directing missions, and providing real-time battlefield analysis against virus-infected adversaries.

When Kento allies with Gladion, Aoi channels her technical acumen and strategic insight into supporting his campaign to liberate trapped children and repair the Magical Gate. Her profound grasp of the system, rooted in her grandfather’s pioneering work, positions her as a linchpin in these efforts.

Aoi’s heritage intertwines with the Magical Gate’s architecture, her grandfather’s legacy informing her command of its virtual dynamics. Her unresolved ties to Ange—an autonomous program mirroring her late mother, Mika—subtly ripple through the Gate’s functions, though their deeper significance remains unexamined. As the core team’s sole female member, her leadership accentuates collaborative strategy and meticulous oversight within a narrative driven by high-stakes combat and rescue operations.
