Description
Haruka Konoe is Kanata Konoe's younger sister and a first-year student at Shinonome Academy, where she centers the School Idol Club. She shares a bunk bed with Kanata in their room, maintaining a close bond despite attending different schools. Haruka debuted as a Normal-rarity card in "Love Live! School Idol Festival" before appearing in other media.

Energetic, responsible, and hardworking, Haruka contrasts sharply with Kanata's lethargy. She frequently scolds Kanata for oversleeping, skipping class, or leaving clothes scattered, deeming such behavior "un-ladylike." This perfectionism extends to her desire to correct fellow idol group members' quirks. Despite this sternness, she cherishes Kanata deeply, often moved to tears by her performances. Haruka's support fuels Kanata's idol activities; she expresses gratitude through actions like making Valentine's chocolates with Coco Miyashita's help to ensure safety.

Her hobbies focus on assisting Kanata, like tidying laundry or waking her in the nurse's office. Haruka struggles with cooking, relying on Kanata for breakfast while handling fruit peeling. She is honing her culinary skills to show appreciation. Within the Shinonome Academy Idol Club, she contributes to costume design and performs as the center. She also maintains friendships with Christina and Kasane Hasekura.

Haruka debuted in the anime's Season 1, Episode 7, "Haruka, Kanata, and Beyond." Concerned about Kanata overexerting herself, Haruka considers quitting idol activities to lessen her sister's burden, creating tension that highlights her protectiveness. She also appears in Kanata's 14th and 15th bond episodes in "Love Live! School Idol Festival All Stars," SchFes 4-komas, and Kanata's thought bubbles in "Nijiyon."

Physically, Haruka has shoulder-length brown hair, typically in pigtails with two strands framing her shoulders. She stands 154 cm tall with measurements of B78/W57/H80. Her blue eyes differ from Kanata's purple ones, a rarity among siblings. She uses Pocky-themed merchandise, referencing her November 11 birthday coinciding with Japan's Pocky & Pretz Day.
