Minos is a minotaur from the demon world and a major supporting character in the series. Though she retains the horns and tail of a bull, her appearance is otherwise human-like. She moves to the human world to visit her old friend Jashin-chan and quickly becomes fond of living there. She takes on a variety of physical jobs, most notably working as a milk delivery girl, and is known for her tremendous strength and speed, which she often struggles to control. Despite her overwhelming physical power, Minos has a cheerful, generous, and carefree personality. She is described as the most level-headed and common-sense member of Jashin-chan’s circle of friends and is friendly toward everyone, human, angel, or demon alike. Her main motivation is simply to enjoy life and help others, and she is happy to take on any task that allows her to put her strength to use.

Minos has a strong love for meat and is especially fond of eating the cooked remains of Jashin-chan, a running gag within the series. Her relationship with Jashin-chan dates back to their childhood in the demon world, and she is also childhood friends with the demon Medusa. Within the story, she often acts as a reliable but occasionally destructive force, using her abilities to assist the cast in various situations. A unique trait of Minos is that her horns shed once every thousand years, temporarily transforming her into a cat-eared maid. This rare event is treated as a notable point of character development. Over the course of the series, Minos does not undergo major dramatic changes but remains a consistently upbeat and dependable presence. She also stars in her own spin-off manga, which focuses on meat dishes in the Jinbocho district.
