Chiaki Omigawa is a Japanese voice actress and stage actress born on November 11, 1989, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She began her entertainment career at the early age of four, joining a theatrical company and starting her stage activities. After leaving that group at age ten, she continued to pursue performance opportunities and began attending auditions on her own.

Omigawa's professional voice acting debut came in 2008 when she landed her first major role as the lead character Maka Albarn in the television anime series Soul Eater. This debut role was significant, as she was cast as the protagonist of the series, immediately establishing her presence in the industry. In the years following her debut, she built a diverse portfolio of roles across numerous anime series. Some of her notable early work includes playing Jun Kamigamo in Natsu no Arashi! and its sequel, Nazuna in the Hidamari Sketch series, and P-ko in Arakawa Under the Bridge and its sequel. She also voiced Hotori Arashiyama in And Yet the Town Moves and Minko Tsurugi in Hanasaku Iroha: Blossoms for Tomorrow, a role she reprised in the subsequent film, Hanasaku Iroha: Home Sweet Home.

A significant and recurring role in her career is Mutsumi Mitsuba in the long-running Seitokai Yakuindomo (Student Council Staff Members) franchise. She has voiced this character since 2010, appearing in the original television series, its second season Seitokai Yakuindomo 2, the OVAs, and the film. Another recurring character is Naomi Tanizaki in the Bungo Stray Dogs series, a role she has played in the main anime, its third season, and the spin-off series Bungo Stray Dogs Wan!. She is also known for voicing Minos in the Dropkick on My Devil! franchise, including Dropkick on My Devil!, Dropkick on My Devil! X, Dropkick on My Devil!! Dash, and Dropkick on My Devil!!: Apocalypse Day. Other roles include Manana Nonomura in Chio's School Road, Ikumi in Rainy Cocoa SideG, and Sakurako Shiina in Mahō Sensei Negima! Anime Final. Her film work also includes a role in Coluboccoro, where she played the character Tutor.

Throughout her career, Omigawa has been affiliated with several talent agencies. She was with Hirata Office from 2006 until the end of 2016, after which she worked as a freelancer before joining Crocodile in August 2017. Her work is not limited to anime; she has also voiced characters in video games, such as Phi in Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward and its sequel Zero Time Dilemma, and has contributed to drama CDs and Japanese dubs of foreign films and television series. Omigawa is also recognized for her unique vocal quality, a characteristic that has become a distinctive part of her appeal as a performer.
