Recurring characters outside the student council include Kotomi Nomura, a classmate with a crush on Takatoshi, and Uomi, a stoic and intimidating upperclassman who often appears unexpectedly. The series also features occasional appearances by teachers and other students, who contribute to the chaotic and humorous atmosphere of Ousai Academy. While the narrative does not focus on character development or dramatic arcs, the interactions and chemistry between the cast members drive the comedic tone and keep the series engaging.
