Miho Hino is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. She was born on February 4, 1982, in Tokyo, Japan. She is a graduate of the voice actor training school School-Duo, which is affiliated with her agency.

Hino began her professional career in 2004. Her early work included a wide variety of roles in anime television series, demonstrating her versatility. A significant early role was providing the voice of Teppei Kurimatsu in the long-running franchise Inazuma Eleven, beginning with the 2008 television series and continuing in subsequent movies and video games. She also became a regular presence in the long-running Tamagotchi! anime franchise, voicing characters such as Akaspetch and Dream School in series like Tamagotchi! Yume Kira Dream.

Hino is known for her recurring roles in several major anime series. She voices the character Toki, also known as Kaoru Toki, in the popular Seitokai Yakuindomo (Student Council's Discretion) comedy franchise, appearing in the television series, multiple OVAs, and the feature films. In the Assassination Classroom series, she is the voice of the character Sumire Hara, a role she has played in the main television anime, the feature film Assassination Classroom the Movie: 365 Days' Time, and the spin-off series Koro Sensei Quest!. She also voices Hanji Urabe in the 2018 iteration of the classic sports anime Captain Tsubasa.

Beyond these prominent roles, Hino has an extensive filmography that showcases her range. She has voiced numerous and varied characters in the immensely popular Yo-kai Watch franchise across its many television series, films, and games. Her work also includes roles in series such as Chihayafuru, Spy×Family, and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

In addition to anime, Hino is active in video game voice acting and foreign language dubbing. Her video game credits include major titles such as The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and its sequel Tears of the Kingdom, where she voices the character Hestu, as well as Granblue Fantasy and the Dark Souls series. For foreign dubbing, she is notably the regular Japanese voice of Nymphadora Tonks in the Harry Potter film series.
