His personality is foolish, demented, unusual, odd, and outgoing, particularly in his relentless pursuit of the rain fairy, Ginger. He is hopelessly infatuated with her and dedicates significant effort to expressing his feelings, though his attempts are consistently unsuccessful and often lead to her departure. Despite this romantic pursuit, he demonstrates wisdom and authority in matters pertaining to the duties and knowledge of season fairies.

He arrives in the human world to check on the progress of the apprentice season fairies and their magical flowers. During his visit, he creates rain in an attempt to impress Ginger, though this does not achieve the desired effect. He interacts with the apprentices, scolding Sugar for being late to practice but not extending the same reprimand to Salt and Pepper. He provides a cryptic hint to Sugar, Salt, and Pepper about finding their Twinkle, suggesting it is connected to the human girl Saga, which inadvertently causes frustration for her.
