Description
President D, also known as Dump, is a major character in the anime Mysterious Joker and the main antagonist of its third season. He is the leader of the criminal organization Devil's Fang, an organization that exists only within the anime adaptation.

In appearance, President D is a young man with long dark red hair and pale blue eyes. He typically wears a purple outfit accented by a pin shaped like the letter D, along with pale pink earrings. His background largely explains his cold and distant demeanor. As a child, he was given nearly everything he asked for except the one thing he genuinely wanted: the love and attention of his parents. He also lost someone close to him, Spade, at a young age. After his parents died without ever having shown him real affection, President D grew bitter and came to resent Joker, Spade, and Queen for reasons rooted in that painful history.

In terms of personality, he is usually calm, composed, and calculating, preferring to direct his schemes from behind the scenes rather than act directly. He is highly analytical and strategic in the way he approaches problems, and he commands considerable respect from those who follow him. However, his composure has its limits. When enraged, he is prone to violent outbursts and often breaks whatever objects are nearby. He is a dangerous adversary who will not hesitate to use any means necessary to accomplish his objectives.

President D's central motivation is his deep grudge against Joker and Spade. This resentment leads him to place bounties on the heads of Joker, Spade, and Queen, and to send assassins from Devil's Fang, such as Spider A and Nightmare, to capture or eliminate them. Throughout the third season, he operates as the force behind many of the threats the main characters face, orchestrating schemes involving ancient relics, traps, and carefully chosen enemies. His role is that of a mastermind who stays mostly in the background while his subordinates carry out his orders.

His key relationships are defined by this conflict. His hatred for Joker drives much of the season's plot, while his connection to Spade is more complicated because of their shared past and the loss he experienced. His attitude toward Queen is similarly hostile, as his bitterness extends to the entire group. Within Devil's Fang, he is an authoritative leader who demands absolute obedience, and those who fail him face his displeasure.

Over the course of the season, his history is gradually revealed, showing that his villainy stems less from simple greed than from emotional wounds and a desire for revenge. His development portrays a man shaped by neglect and loss, whose inability to move past his resentment transforms him into a ruthless opponent.

As for notable abilities, President D's strengths lie chiefly in his intellect, his considerable resources, and his organizational power. He leads a global network of operatives with specialized skills and is adept at long-term planning and manipulation. His position at the head of Devil's Fang makes him a uniquely dangerous enemy, since he is able to strike from anywhere through his subordinates while remaining an elusive figure operating from the shadows for much of the story.
