Description
Chicchi stands out as the white-furred younger sibling in his family of brown rats, a physical difference posing survival risks as prey. He displays vibrant energy. After human construction forces them from their riverside home, Chicchi joins his family's urgent journey to find shelter before winter. This path leads him into peril when, clinging to a floating water bottle, he is swept away by a river current, only to be saved by Tammy, a nearby golden retriever.
A key part of Chicchi's journey involves reconciling with his unique white fur. Through his encounters with Blue, a Russian Blue cat, Chicchi learns to embrace and take pride in his distinctive appearance, marking a shift from vulnerability toward self-assurance.
Chicchi's background includes the loss of his mother shortly after birth. Raised solely by his father and older brother, Tata, he relies on his father's protective guidance throughout their challenging trek navigating both wilderness and urban landscapes.
