Description
Todomatsu Matsuno is the youngest of the six Matsuno sextuplets. As a child, he was visually indistinguishable from his brothers, lacking unique physical traits. Early descriptions show him as easily flustered, clumsy, and quick to complain when frustrated, often becoming upset when led into trouble by his brothers or his own errors. He participated in group activities like bullying Chibita but typically lost one-on-one fights due to limited strength. He disliked public baths, finding the heat dizzying, and avoided unnecessary bathing. Hobbies included playing marbles and building model airplanes, sometimes with Jyushimatsu. He saved minimal amounts of yen, around 30-70 yen. He showed resourcefulness, like commandeering the kitchen for "Todomatsu's Restaurant," charging family members 1500 yen. Instances of insecurity surfaced, such as tearfully insisting "I'm Todomatsu!" when Osomatsu forgot his name.

During his teenage years (16-18), Todomatsu experienced a growth lag, resulting in a shorter stature and a more youthful, feminine appearance than his brothers. His features included larger pupils, flushed cheeks, and a cat-like mouth. He wore an ill-fitting high school uniform. Emotionally, he was clingy and dependent, becoming frightened and tearful when separated from his older brothers. A pivotal moment occurred when his adult self advised him to cultivate a "popular" persona using his perceived cuteness, shifting his reliance on his brothers to a self-centered approach. This shift was influenced by Osomatsu dismissing his anxieties about their future during graduation preparations.

As an adult, Todomatsu developed distinct features: pink hair highlights, larger pupils, and a small mouth. His fashion emphasized light pink clothing, a brown beanie, and occasionally a boater hat with a pink stripe, reflecting trend-consciousness. He achieved moderate popularity with women, seen on dates or flirting during job interviews, but these relationships dissolved quickly upon exposure of his true nature or brotherly interference. His superficial charm masked a manipulative and self-serving personality. He consistently pretended not to know his brothers in public to avoid social humiliation, snubbing Osomatsu during a date and later shunning all his brothers to impress female baristas at Sutabaa. This two-faced behavior extended to familial interactions, like feigning a desire for independence during his parents' custody dispute to manipulate his mother into choosing him. He also pretended affection for Ichimatsu's ESP-enabled cat to sell it. His duplicity led to temporary expulsion from the group for not fitting the "NEET" image, resulting in replacement by Michaelmatsu. Despite conflicts, he remained part of the brother dynamic, returning after a stint in America.

Relationships with his brothers were complex. Childhood dynamics often paired him with Karamatsu, involving conflicts over mishaps or perceived foolishness. In adulthood, interactions like a mixer outing with Osomatsu revealed Todomatsu's desperation to maintain a cool image, warning Osomatsu against pervy behavior. When Osomatsu embarrassed him, Todomatsu reacted with outrage; the girls later favored Osomatsu, leaving Todomatsu to dejectedly call himself "good" and "lovely" while departing alone. Across all life stages, his core traits involved leveraging perceived innocence or cuteness for personal gain while concealing a colder, opportunistic nature.
