His personality blends resilience, mischievousness, and kindness. Frequently bullied by the Matsuno sextuplets, he retaliates with cunning schemes and demonstrates significant fighting prowess, occasionally surpassing Osomatsu. He forms a close, complex partnership with Iyami, collaborating on scams while also clashing with him. Chibita's speech features a rough accent, phrases like "barou" (idiot), and a distinct "Kekeke" laugh. Compulsive tics emerge in later seasons.
