Description
Nguyen Van Huu achieved the rank of Rear Admiral within the Free Planets Alliance military. He commanded a squadron stationed at Iserlohn Fortress during its occupation by the Alliance, operating from his flagship, the *Maurya*.
In early 798 UC, Huu fought in the Eighth Battle of Iserlohn. Near the battle's conclusion, his fleet joined Admiral Sandle Alarcon's forces in pursuing the retreating Imperial fleet led by Neidhardt Müller. This pursuit led them into a trap set by Imperial High Admirals Oskar von Reuenthal and Wolfgang Mittermeyer.
Forces under High Admiral Reuenthal's direct command destroyed the *Maurya* in combat. Nguyen Van Huu perished aboard his flagship during the engagement. His name follows Vietnamese naming conventions, with the surname preceding the given name.
