Description
Tome becomes Chiko's maid within her aunt's household following Chiko's return after the train incident. Initially tasked with caring for Chiko during her depression and refusal to speak or eat, Tome persistently dedicates herself to lifting Chiko's spirits. Her role transforms when she uncovers the aunt's ongoing attempts to poison Chiko's meals. Tome successfully blackmails the aunt, resulting in her and Chiko relocating to a separate residence, securing Chiko's safety.

Tome remains a steadfast companion throughout Chiko's investigations into Twenty Faces' whereabouts, providing logistical support and aiding in evading threats targeting Chiko over the legacy. Temporarily falling under the White-Haired Devil's mind control during an attack, Tome breaks free, enabling Chiko's escape. Presumed dead, she is later found unharmed alongside Shunka and Akine, demonstrating her resilience.

Her observations occasionally touch upon Chiko's personal relationships, such as witnessing an intimate moment between Chiko and Shunka; Tome comments on her own similar youthful experiences, implying a personal history of close friendships. Tome's background prior to this employment is not elaborated. Her development centers on evolving from a dutiful maid into a fiercely loyal guardian committed to Chiko's safety until Chiko claims her inheritance.
