Kisaki has distinctive blonde-hazel hair, noted for its "puffy" appearance at the bottom, and hazel-brown eyes. By Episode 13, her bangs grow long enough to cover her forehead.

Her typical behavior mirrors a delinquent, marked by minimal work effort and frequent avoidance of responsibilities. When questioned about her conduct, she habitually deflects criticism by posing trivia questions, a tactic rarely challenged. Despite her apparent laziness, she displays clear intelligence and retains substantial knowledge, likely gained from university. She is a heavy smoker.

Within Wagnaria, her relationships feature specific dynamics. Daisuke Higashida stands out as one of the few who can answer her trivia, occasionally surprising her. She shows little respect for Hana Miyakoshi's knowledge, frequently teasing her with trivia questions, yet they converse regularly. Kisaki shares a longstanding childhood friendship with Sayuri Muranushi.
