Description
Pierrette-Henriette "Perrine H." Clostermann, heiress to Gallia's aristocratic Clostermann family and lord of Pas de Calais county, endured deep emotional trauma when the Neuroi invasion devastated her homeland. This trauma initially manifested as rigidity, haughtiness, and difficulty in teamwork. Following Gallia's fall, she withdrew to Britannia, serving first with the Forces Aériennes Galliaises Libres 602nd Flying Corps before transferring to the 501st Joint Fighter Wing. Her exceptional combat skills earned her the callsign "Blue premier," signifying her status as the unit's unparalleled ace.

Perrine exhibits a serious, inflexible demeanor rooted in her aristocratic background, often displaying condescension towards less-refined peers. She harbored pronounced jealousy toward Yoshika Miyafuji due to Yoshika's close relationship with Perrine's admired superior, Mio Sakamoto. This jealousy culminated in Perrine challenging Yoshika to a duel. Perrine's profound admiration for Sakamoto originated during her service with the 602nd, where Sakamoto defeated her fifteen times in duels. This experience motivated Perrine to join the 501st upon learning of its mission to liberate Gallia. Post-liberation, her character softened significantly. She channeled her efforts and personal finances into Gallia's reconstruction, becoming more approachable. She established an orphanage and school at her family estate, serving as a teacher for local children, revealing her underlying gentle nature.

Her magical ability, Tonnerre (French for "Thunder"), generates lightning-based attacks striking multiple targets within range, though she complains about its effect on her hair. In combat, she wields a Bren light machine gun alongside a family heirloom rapier symbolizing her noble lineage. Her Striker Units evolved: beginning with the Armurier de l'Aéronautique VG.39, she progressed to a pre-production VG.39bis featuring enhanced engines, and later tested experimental models after Gallia's liberation for improved speed and performance. These units derive from the real-world Arsenal VG 39 aircraft.

Key relationships shaped her development. Beyond her evolving dynamic with Yoshika Miyafuji—shifting from rivalry to mutual respect and friendship—she formed a significant partnership with Lynette Bishop, collaborating on Gallia's postwar rebuilding. Within the 501st, she maintained tense but respectful acknowledgments of peers like Gertrud Barkhorn and Erica Hartmann, recognizing their superior combat experience despite initial reservations about their personalities. Post-war, she developed a deep friendship with Group Captain Rudel of Karlsland, working together on projects such as restoring herb gardens in memorial parks, reflecting her continued connection to medicinal plant cultivation—a skill tied to her family's renowned herb gardens.

After leaving the 501st, Perrine returned to Pas de Calais, focusing on reconstruction alongside Lynette Bishop and Amelie Planchard. By 1947, she reluctantly accepted command of the Gallian air force's 506th Joint Fighter Wing, responding to public and peer support. Concurrently, she transformed her estate into a hub for community care, housing and educating orphaned children, solidifying her legacy as a national hero celebrated for Gallia's salvation.
