Movie
Description
Baikinman arrived on Earth as an egg from Baikin Planet, hatching at the exact moment of Anpanman's birth and cementing their eternal rivalry. His anthropomorphic, fly-like form features a black furry body, wings, purple lips and nose, pink eyes, large teeth, antennas, a zigzag tail, and a notably slimy blue tongue.

He exhibits narcissism, impulsiveness, and self-praise, evident in creations like his self-shaped castle. Though he proclaims himself "a being who knows no love," he occasionally reveals unexpected softness, such as fleeting wishes for normalcy or hesitation to harm Anpanman – like in the 2018 movie where he aided in saving Anpanman yet refused to eat the offered head out of pride. His core obsessions are defeating Anpanman (his stated reason for existing) and stealing food, reflecting gluttony. Resilient after repeated defeats, he displays mechanical ingenuity, crafting complex robots like Franken-robe kun; he harbors an uncharacteristic soft spot for this robot despite its refusal to fight.

His key relationships drive interactions: Anpanman remains his eternal adversary, though rare, non-canon moments show fleeting cooperation. He endures unrequited feelings for Dokin-chan, tolerating her bossiness and affection for Shokupanman while maintaining their partnership. He manipulated Rollpanna by infecting her with bacteria grass designed to trigger an evil persona upon seeing Anpanman, though she actively resists this transformation to avoid becoming his ally.

Soap is a core weakness, shrinking him to insect size. In "The Secret of Fairy Rin-Rin," he exploited the fairy Rin-Rin's naivety, tricking her into diverting strength-providing flowers meant for Anpanman to himself to undermine Anpanman's power, demonstrating his recurring tactic of deception.
