Jason Kesser is an American film and voice actor with a career spanning several decades, recognized for his work in anime dubbing and animated features. Based in Los Angeles, New York, and Miami, he is known for his improvisational skills and lifelong passion for dialects, which have contributed to his rise as a notable voice in the animation industry. His work includes lead roles in projects by Academy Award-winning filmmakers, such as the English lead in Michel Ocelot's Dilili in Paris and Luiz Bolognesi's The Immortal Warrior.

Kesser has provided voices for a wide array of characters in English dubs of popular anime series. He is known for his role as Kotarō Katsura in the Hulu release of Gintama, a performance for which he appeared on a panel at Supercon 2021. His other prominent anime voice roles include Kazuki Minase in the Netflix series A.I.C.O. -Incarnation-, Miyajima in the YouTube Original series OBSOLETE, and Genzō Wakabayashi in the 2018 Captain Tsubasa series.
