Description
Kaori Nakaseko, a third-year Kitauji High School student and trumpet section leader, balances her Virgo-born precision (September 3, blood type A, 166 cm) with a quiet grace. Her short brown hair, beauty mark beneath the eye, and gentle voice complement a reputation for unwavering kindness and dedication. While admired for elegance and composure, she avoids crowds and recoils from insects, finding solace in childhood-honed tea ceremonies, floral artistry, and crafting delicate sweets during café visits.

Her musical identity centers on a cherished Yamaha YTR-850 trumpet, inherited from her grandmother. Though her performances exhibit technical mastery, rivalry with prodigies like Reina Kousaka tests her resolve. When auditioning for a pivotal solo, she confronts her artistic limits, voluntarily yielding the part to Reina’s transcendent artistry—a choice that prioritizes band unity over individual ambition, easing internal strife.

Friendship anchors her world: she shares a profound bond with Asuka Tanaka, their camaraderie blending study sessions, shared laughter, and eventual cohabitation post-graduation. Underclassmen like Yuuko Yoshikawa view her as an exemplar, while she supports leaders like Haruka Ogasawara and allies with Kumiko Oumae to navigate crises, including efforts to retain Asuka in the band.

Post-high school, she pursues nursing studies in Kyoto, channeling her nurturing spirit into healthcare. Regular returns to Kitauji’s band room allow mentorship of new members, and she fulfills a personal dream by settling with Asuka near Demachiyanagi Station. Her story weaves resilience with quiet pragmatism, embodying growth through compromise and an enduring belief in collective triumph over individual glory.
