Her personality centers on a love for pranks and playful mischief, frequently targeting Kyouka. This reflects both her mischievous nature and a complex, deep affection. Despite often exasperating Kyouka, Misogi holds significant respect for her, regularly seeking Kyouka's guidance during difficult times, illustrating their unconventional yet caring dynamic.

A significant development occurred following academic struggles. After failing a test and facing maternal disapproval, Misogi sought Kyouka's study help, playfully calling her "Professor." When her initial enthusiasm faded and she abandoned studying to play, it caused a rift severe enough that Kyouka suggested ending their friendship. Misogi's sadness hampered her independent study efforts. Motivated to reconcile, she baked cupcakes as an apology. Combined with an invitation facilitated by Yuuki, this allowed them to embark on an exploration. Initial awkwardness faded when they focused on aiding an ill Mimi, requiring a venture into a dangerous cave for medicinal herbs.

During the cave expedition, tensions resurfaced briefly. Misogi misread Kyouka's intentions and rushed ahead alone, triggering a monster attack. Kyouka intervened to rescue her. Later, Misogi's trap-disarming skills proved vital for progress. When a large monster threatened them, Misogi attempted a self-sacrificial distraction using a smokescreen to enable their escape. This cooperative effort succeeded in retrieving the herbs and reconciling their friendship. Passing her next test with full marks, Misogi celebrated by tricking Kyouka again, signaling a return to their norm.

Her aspirations include becoming an explorer, demonstrated during an adventure with Kaya. After their minecart derailed, forcing cave navigation together, Misogi acknowledged Kaya's support and promised her a future bodyguard role upon achieving her exploration goals.

In combat, Misogi functions primarily as a physical attacker and debuffer. Her standard variant excels at applying area-of-effect debuffs, frequently reducing enemy physical attack and inflicting blindness, though her damage output is relatively low.
