Description
Fukushima Noa is a third-year student and student council president at Yoba Academy, also performing as part of the DJ unit Photon Maiden. Her family runs a Japanese sweets store.

From childhood, Noa excelled academically and athletically, even winning a national essay contest in elementary school. This reputation led peers and teachers to view her as entirely self-sufficient, resulting in isolation and a self-perception of being intimidating. Lingering loneliness ended only after meeting Kurumi, who sparked her realization of an appreciation for cuteness, despite Noa feeling she could never embody it herself. This encounter ignited her lifelong passion for all things cute.

Noa maintains a refined exterior but reveals earnest and emotionally expressive traits, especially concerning her interests. Within Photon Maiden, she often initiates connections with members of other units faster than her own group's leaders. Her reactions are intense, showcasing vocal frustrations during professional setbacks and visible distress when facing criticism during song development. She demonstrates maturity when conceptualizing music that reflects her group's identity, balancing this seriousness with her characteristic enthusiasm.

Her persistent devotion to cuteness manifests as fervent admiration for cute girls. She orchestrates gatherings like inviting Lyrical Lily for tea and participates in activities such as arcade dates. This passion is thematically central to her dedicated song "Your Love ♡," likening her fervor to a fleeting romantic pursuit. Concurrently, she possesses sharp observational skills, like discerning body measurements visually.

Noa loves cats intensely, describing them as divine and expressing interest in owning one, though others discourage this due to her tendency toward permanent attachment. She also finds hippos and rabbits endearing. Her hobbies include extensive reading across genres, ventriloquism, and rapid scriptwriting when motivated. She has participated in crossover events adopting characters from series like "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" and "The Quintessential Quintuplets."

In "D4DJ Petit Mix," she hosts an episode centered on creating a "wonderful kingdom" dedicated to cuteness. Her development involves navigating creative challenges and emotional vulnerability while contributing to Photon Maiden's evolving musical identity.
