Description
Tatsumi serves as the primary antagonist, leading the battlers of darkness. Driven by his lineage as a descendant of a hero who sealed the Evil God-King centuries earlier, and frustrated by the Etoshinmori clan's perceived inaction, he seeks to revive the Evil God-King to save the Spirit World. His quest leads him to the seal, where Shishi presents him with The DragonTwelveGodKing Ourovorius. She reveals a prophecy naming him the "Dragon Child," convincing him that awakening the Evil God-King will force the scattered Twelve God-Kings to regather, allowing him to control the revived entity.

He possesses light purple hair and red eyes, wearing intricate black and silver armor adorned with silver horns, complemented by a red and purple robe. Serious and strict, he believes causing despair is necessary to achieve his goals. He harbors deep resentment towards heroes summoned from other worlds, viewing their Battle Spirits as illegitimate compared to the Spirit World's native Twelve God-Kings, fueling his antagonism towards protagonists Shunta Mogami and Yoku Albatrosa, whom he considers "false" heroes.

Demonstrating his power, he invades Mei Merryhadda's village, defeats her people, pursues her, and battles her to seize The SheepTwelveGodKing Glorious-Sheep, emerging victorious. After the battlers suffer losses, he attempts to use Glorious-Sheep as bait to capture other God-Kings held by the heroes. When this fails and the heroes confront him at his castle to reclaim another God-King, he personally battles and effortlessly defeats Shunta Mogami, confiscating his God-King card. He manipulates Shunta's rival, Kazuya Taiga, exploiting Kazuya's hatred, and later defeats Kazuya in battle as well. Witnessing Kazuya obtain the Ultimate spirit The Hellflame FourDemonLord Bram-Zand causes him initial shock and apprehension towards Ultimates, but he ultimately decides to harness their power to accelerate his plan, willing to sacrifice Soul Cores despite objections from subordinates Kiki Beresia and General Inui.

A turning point occurs during his battle with Yoku Albatrosa. Despite summoning Ourovorius quickly, Yoku defeats him using the Double Drive effect, leaving Tatsumi unconscious. After recovering and receiving The SnakeTwelveGodKing Tiamadou from Yoroi and Shishi, he battles Yoku again. Empowered by the dual God-Kings, he wins this rematch and successfully gathers all Twelve God-Kings. He attempts to control the Evil God-King, only for Shishi to reveal her deception: she is part of the Evil God-King and used him. He witnesses in horror as the God-Kings turn to stone and collapses during the ensuing chaos. Surviving the fall, he confronts Shishi directly, challenging her to a special battle with high stakes. Facing defeat, he is rescued by Kiki and Inui. Together, utilizing the will of the Spirit World manifested in The BlackNinthDragon Obsidian-Dragon, they defeat Shishi.

Following this, Tatsumi experiences significant development. He reunites with Shunta, Yoku, and the priestess Eto. Demonstrating remorse, he physically protects Eto from an attack, acknowledging his responsibility for the world's potential destruction and stating he cannot forgive himself. He relinquishes Ourovorius and Tiamadou to Shunta and Yoku, providing crucial support for their final battle against the revived Evil God-King. After the conflict, he survives and reconciles with former enemies Kiki and Inui, choosing to cooperate with them moving forward.

In battle, Tatsumi employs a purple deck specializing in core removal effects and card draw mechanics, enabling rapid access to key spirits. His signature cards include Dragon Demon-God (an Imagine Brave), The DragonTwelveGodKing Ourovorius, and The SnakeTwelveGodKing Tiamadou. His deck consistently features spirits and magic exploiting these strategic advantages, such as Crystaneedle, Darkness Wyvern, Amethysnake, The CrystalDragon Amethyst-Dragon, Poison Breath, and Necro Reverse, alongside supporting cards like The Brigade's Skyscraper nexus. His battle record includes victories against Mei, Shunta, Ron Gai, and Kazuya, a loss to Yoku, a subsequent win against Yoku using both God-Kings, and his ultimate victory over Shishi achieved alongside Kiki and Inui.
