Jasmine is an ally to Takeshi and A-kuei within the enigmatic organization U.N.C.O. Operating from the Underwater World, U.N.C.O. battles the antagonistic group Pipes to save the world. Jasmine works alongside her comrades to achieve the organization's goal of maintaining global toilet hygiene.
