TV-Series
Description
Souta Kishibe, a middle school boy with short brown hair and brown eyes, stands 163 cm tall and typically wears an orange hoodie with blue pants. He secretly harbors a deep passion for magical girls, confiding only in his childhood friend Koyuki Himekawa (later Snow White). Their bond formed over shared interests like the Cutie Healer Series; Koyuki once showed him her original Snow White design, which Souta kept as a memento.

Transforming into La Pucelle shifts Souta into a female-presenting dragon knight. This form stands 169 cm tall, featuring short dirty blonde hair with two braided front strands secured by a black clip, light brown slit-pupil eyes, light blue eyeshadow, small dark navy horns, and a golden dragon tail. Her attire consists of golden dragon knight armor accented with a navy blue ribbon and lace, navy blue underwear, knee-high boots, and a back-hooked sword sheath.

La Pucelle wields near-indestructible magic allowing her to resize her sword within limits while holding it or when it remains in her line of sight. This sword, her special item, embodies her chivalrous ideals and protective nature.

Personality-wise, La Pucelle exhibits calm pride and selflessness, prioritizing others' safety. Her strong desire to emulate heroic magical girl archetypes fuels moments of overconfidence. She idolizes knightly honor and justice, often adopting archaic speech patterns like "Waga." This idealism can obscure pragmatic dangers, as seen when an ambush distracted her from Snow White's peril. Her loyalty to Snow White is absolute, leading to a vow of protection upon their reunion.

Recruited into the Magical Girl Raising Project, La Pucelle became Sister Nana's apprentice. She recognized Koyuki as the new magical girl Snow White in N-City, becoming her mentor. Revealing her civilian identity at a beachside steel tower, La Pucelle explained the city's districts and threats like Calamity Mary, forging a partnership.

When the elimination game started, La Pucelle vowed to protect Snow White, collecting Magical Candies together. After Snow White was ambushed and robbed by the Peaky Angels and Tama, La Pucelle blamed herself. Believing separation would keep Snow White safer, she suggested meeting only sporadically to bear risks alone.

Consumed by guilt, La Pucelle sought redemption by accepting a duel with Cranberry, the Forest Musician. Approaching it with a heroic mindset expecting a fair fight, she was instead killed by Cranberry, who staged her death as a traffic accident by throwing her mutilated body onto a highway. Fav announced this cover story, though Weiss Winterprison doubted it.

La Pucelle's death deeply impacted Snow White, causing guilt and reclusiveness before a resolve to grow stronger. Hardgore Alice temporarily assumed her protective role while searching for her, unaware of her fate. Sister Nana was devastated by the loss.

Side stories feature La Pucelle: In "Knight on the Day of the Offline Meetup," she attends a magical girl enthusiast gathering, interacting with Genopsyko Yumenoshima and Melville. Genopsyko intervenes when Misoyaki harasses her, and Melville provides clothes after La Pucelle's outfit is damaged during an escape. In *Nemurin's Adventure*, Nemurin aids her dream-self against a dragon, accidentally hitting her with a rock, causing an unexplained lump. During *Magical Girl Raising Project in Dreamland*, La Pucelle encounters both the real Snow White and an idealized version, initially mistaking the real one for an imposter due to her weapon.

Trivia notes her name "La Pucelle" means "The Maid" in French, referencing Joan of Arc. She was the series' first male character to transform into a magical girl and ranked #8 in the First Character Popularity Vote.
