TV-Series
Description
Labra is a female polar bear Jewelpet with white fur, pink accents on her right leg, hair tuft, tail, and inner ears, light blue paw pads, and moon gray to sky blue Jewel Eyes crafted from labradorite. She wears a pink pearl necklace centered by a Saturn-shaped labradorite jewel. Representing Hidden Powers (formerly Mischief), her magic connects to emotional surges—especially crying—unleashing destructive, reality-warping forces at peak intensity.

Throughout the *Jewelpet* franchise, Labra displays an impulsive core, prone to jealousy and selfishness often masked by childish charm. She ends sentences with "labu" ("babu" as a baby) and exhibits strong emotional volatility, frequently crying. Despite this, she demonstrates altruism toward friends, forming deep bonds with Angela and Rosa. Her magical abilities fluctuate in reliability but amplify under specific triggers like synchronizing with partners.

In *Jewelpet Kira☆Deco!*, Labra is a main character and police officer in Jewel Town alongside Angela, employing unreasonable enforcement tactics leading to arbitrary arrests. She partners with Midori Akagi of the KiraDeco 5, earning their "Jewel of Fate" in the climax to signify their strengthened connection.

Her roles in other official media include:
- *Jewelpet Twinkle☆*: Serving as Akari Sakura’s secondary partner, she awakens latent magic after fixing a statue, discovering her power to amplify her partner’s abilities and developing a crush on Akari’s friend Yuuma Jinnai.
- *Jewelpet Sunshine*: Attending Sunshine Academy in the Plum class, she rooms with Angela, shares notable closeness with Queen Jewelina, and witnesses Ruby’s reunion with Granite in the epilogue.
- *Jewelpet Happiness*: Assisting Ruby at the Jewelpet Café Happiness, she forms Magic Gems with human partners including Ruruka Hanayama.
- *Jewelpet Magical Change*: Residing with human Airi Kirara, she gains the ability to transform into a human girl, retaining her emotion-tied magic and bond with Angela.
- *Jewelpet the Movie: Sweets Dance Princess*: Traveling to Sweetsland for Princess Mana’s birthday alongside Ruby and fellow Jewelpets.
- Later series like *Jewelpet Attack Chance!?* portray her with increased seriousness while preserving her core traits.

Labra remains the sole Jewelpet consistently depicted as a baby or very young child across all media, contrasting with aging peers like Rosa. Her narrative functions prioritize comic relief or triggering emotional events, with core traits enduring throughout the franchise.
