Movie
Description
Rabura, also called Labra, is a polar bear cub Jewelpet adorned with snowy white fur, a vibrant pink tuft on her left leg and tail, and heart-shaped pink ears. Her light blue heart-patterned paw pads and Jewel Eyes—crafted from shimmering black and light blue labradorites—accentuate her whimsical appearance. A pink pearl necklace with a Saturn-shaped labradorite jewel completes her design, blending celestial and gemstone motifs.

Initially portrayed as a mischievous infant, Rabura’s temperament balances playful impulsiveness with fleeting altruism. Prone to tearful outbursts over trivial matters, she masks selfish or jealous tendencies beneath an endearing facade. Her unpredictable magic fluctuates between immense latent power and chaotic misfires, sometimes triggering destructive energy surges when her emotions overwhelm her.

Rabura’s journey spans multiple roles: in *Jewelpet Twinkle☆*, she partners with Akari, overcoming magical insecurities to unlock her ability to amplify her companion’s spells. At Sunshine Academy in *Jewelpet Sunshine*, she forges a deep friendship with Jewelina. Later, as a strict enforcer in *Jewelpet Kira☆Deco!*, she patrols Jewel Town’s streets alongside Angela. By *Jewelpet Happiness*, she collaborates with Ruby in café management and Magic Gem collection, bridging bonds between humans and Jewelpets.

Born through Raku Majo’s intervention in the original series, Rabura assists Ruby’s training before joining the Sweetsland expedition in *Jewelpet the Movie: Sweets Dance Princess*. There, she aids group efforts to resolve conflicts during Princess Mana’s birthday celebration, encountering the enigmatic Gumimin while prioritizing collective goals over individual prominence.

Tied thematically to labradorite’s mystique and cosmic symbolism, her evolving maturity is subtly marked by speech patterns—replacing youthful “babu” with “labu” as a suffix. Despite assuming varied responsibilities across her adventures, she remains the youngest in her circles, her narratives emphasizing gradual growth, camaraderie, and the precarious balance between her untapped magical prowess and childlike vulnerability.
