Claire is a princess from 13th-century Arturia, residing in a stone castle on a lake island. As a child, she modeled for paintings by her close companion, Milo. During one tedious session, her frustration drove her into the forbidden Lost Forest near the castle town, where a spacetime anomaly resembling a black hole suddenly pulled her in.
This event transported her into a fragmented painting that later appeared in Nobita's room. She emerged into the modern world through Doraemon's "Crawl Light," reacting with wide-eyed wonder to her surroundings. Her impulsive curiosity led her to chase a butterfly into a construction site, requiring rescue by Shizuka. Recognizing her castle in a news report about a valuable painting featuring the unique Artria Blue pigment, she prompted Doraemon's group to investigate the painting's world.
Reuniting with Milo in Arturia revealed severe temporal consequences: four years had passed locally since her disappearance. She remained physically unchanged while Milo had aged. Her absence caused deep emotional strain, as her parents and community had mourned her, believing her lost to a curse from the legendary demon Isere. Her unfinished portrait, missing the Artria Blue pigment for her eyes, symbolized this unresolved loss.
Her role grew during the conflict against Sodro, a time-traveling antagonist posing as a chamberlain. After Sodro unleashed Isere, she bravely attempted to confront the demon to protect her friends, resulting in her being turned to stone. The resolution confirmed her nature: both she and Chai manifested from the painting's world. Neutralizing Isere destabilized her existence, causing her to fade from reality.
A temporal intervention by Pal, a Time Patrol agent, altered her fate. He retrieved her younger self from the spacetime void, delivering her to Arturia's royal family. This ten-year-old Claire retained no direct memories of Doraemon’s group, recalling their shared experiences only as a vivid dream from her sixth year. Her legacy endured through a rediscovered painting depicting her in the forest, now altered to include Doraemon, Milo, and other companions, alongside medieval-era graffiti resembling Nobita’s crayon drawing of Doraemon.
