Misaki Watada is a Japanese voice actress born on March 16 and affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production. She was born in Iwate Prefecture and raised in Shizuoka Prefecture. Her interest in voice acting began in elementary school after watching videos of actors in the recording studio, which led her to create a clay sculpture titled "Me as a Voice Actress" for a school project. She pursued this passion by enrolling in the Amusement Media Academy, from which she graduated in March 2015. Watada cites fellow voice actress Ikue Ōtani as a major influence, particularly her performance as Stephanie Tanner in the Japanese dub of the American sitcom Full House. This inspiration led to a personal milestone in her career when she voiced the character Pamela in the dub of the sequel series Fuller House in 2017.
Watada's career encompasses a wide range of roles in television animation, original video animations, video games, and dubbing. In television anime, her portrayal of Yaeka Sakuragi, the young daughter of a yakuza boss, in The Yakuza's Guide to Babysitting is a notable leading role.
