Al journeys across the abandoned planet Teslandia with companions Nico, Sola, and Dr. Prost. Their mission is to harvest Tokens for the city of Lightning. These vital Tokens form when Cyborg Warriors channel energy from sites called Sanctuaries. In battle against other warriors, Al commands his Cyborg Warrior, Lightning Griffin, to generate these Tokens. Collecting them serves a greater purpose: transforming Teslandia's harsh, arid wasteland into a lush and habitable world by utilizing the energy converted during combat.
