Tsuneto Tado is a supporting character in the Cardfight!! Vanguard G series. He attends school with Nagisa Daimonji and leads Team Trinity Dragon alongside teammates Karl Yamaji and Kei Nagara. Tsuneto cardfights using an Oracle Think Tank deck. He holds a Grade 3 FICA level certification and frequently asserts this status to claim he is the third-best cardfighter at Card Capital 2. His family name "Tado" translates to "many occurrence."

Tsuneto exhibits chuunibyou traits, adopting dramatic personas like calling himself a "knight of destiny." He demonstrates a tendency to tease others, notably mocking Chrono Shindou for sharing a name with Chronojet Dragon. His behavior can be reckless, and he willingly undertakes challenges to accumulate points to elevate his FICA grade and validate his skills. He holds Mamoru Anjou in high regard, considering a cardfight against him an honor.

Originally conceived as a potential team member for Ibuki Kouji in the Cardfight!! Vanguard Movie: Neon Messiah, Tsuneto and Kei Nagara's designs were later repurposed for the Vanguard G anime to form a rival trio opposing the main characters. Tsuneto's birthday is May 5th, coinciding with Japan's Children's Day.
