Prunce hails from the Starry Sky Galaxy, where he faithfully served the Star Princesses in the Star Palace before the Notraiders attacked. As a loyal guard, he was entrusted with safeguarding Fuwa, a fairy crafted by the princesses as their "last hope." Fleeing the Notraiders' invasion, Prunce escaped with Fuwa by clinging to a passing truck, crash-landing on Earth alongside the alien Lala.
Physically, he appears as a small light-blue octopoid alien bearing two antennae tipped with yellow stars, primarily traveling via a UFO-like saucer. His distinctive speech often ends with phrases like "~de purunsu" or "~de purunstar."
