Hiroyuki Yoshino is a Japanese voice actor and singer born on February 6, 1974, in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. He began his career in 1996 after graduating from the Yoyogi Animation School, a path he chose following an unsuccessful attempt at university entrance exams. His debut role was in the anime series Saber Marionette J.

Yoshino is known for a versatile vocal range, often characterized as deep and rough, which suits him for playing strong, rough, or intimidating characters. Over his career, he has taken on a wide variety of roles, from energetic protagonists to cool-headed strategists.

Some of his most notable leading roles include Yoshimori Sumimura in Kekkaishi, Hibiki Tokai in Vandread, Yusuke Fujisaki in Sket Dance, Favaro in Rage of Bahamut: Genesis, and Meow in Space Dandy. He has also portrayed significant characters in long-running franchises, such as Yūto Kidō in the Inazuma Eleven series and Heisuke Tōdō in the Hakuoki series, a role he has reprised numerous times across different adaptations and sequels.

In addition to his lead performances, Yoshino is a prolific voice actor in supporting roles.
