Description
Christoph Scissorman holds the position of Schwarz Rook within the Neo Britannian Empire's Einberg Order, serving as a key subordinate to Norland von Lunebelg. His appearance presents a pale middle-aged man bearing medium-length white hair, styled neatly to one side with distinctive orange-pink gradient accents. He wears a high-collared white coat extending to his knees, detailed with gold trimming and green accents, layered over a black short cape featuring gold epaulettes. Golden clasps secure the ensemble, completed by white gloves, matching white trousers, and black shoes.

His personality blends an aloof, smug demeanor with ruthless cunning, devoid of empathy or moral boundaries. Significant pride and fierce independence define him, coupled with a detached scientific curiosity that manifests as unethical experimentation. This "mad scientist" mentality drives him to conduct brutal experiments on both Britannian and Japanese civilians, as well as loyal Neo Britannian soldiers—particularly those afflicted by Sakuya Sumeragi's Geass power. To advance his Geass research, he captures Sakuya, forcing her to test her powers on prisoners fitted with lethal collars to ensure compliance. He shows no hesitation endangering civilians during military operations, exemplified by deliberately crashing the Damocles sky fortress onto a populated area to eliminate terrorist cells.

Christoph's background establishes him as Norland von Lunebelg's longest-serving subordinate within the Order. He shares a history with Ash Phoenix, having participated in training Ash during childhood under Norland's direction after Norland killed Ash's brother Nichol. Christoph physically restrained Ash when the latter attempted to attack Norland in retaliation for Nichol's death.

Throughout the narrative, Christoph tracks Sakuya through her Geass victims, captures her, and imprisons her for experimentation. He develops countermeasures against Geass abilities, including a Geass canceler device used by Arnold Renck. He participates in strategic operations against resistance forces, including assaults on the Seven Shining Stars hideout. His final narrative development occurs when Sakuya attempts to use her Geass power on him; refusing to become her puppet, he chooses suicide, declaring his refusal to be controlled before taking his own life.
