James Urbaniak, born September 17, 1963, in Bayonne, New Jersey, is an American actor with a substantial body of work in live-action film and television, as well as voice acting for animation. While he is widely recognized for his long-running role as the voice of Dr. Thaddeus "Rusty" Venture on the Adult Swim series The Venture Bros., his contributions to English-language dubs of Japanese anime are more specific and limited in number.
